RAB: Organisation Robot Safety Seminar 2009 started!
Following the highly successful seminars of 2007 and 2008, the Robotics Association Benelux (RAB) - the sector association of manufacturers, suppliers and system integrators of Industrial Robots - , will organize the Robot Safety Seminar 2009. In accordance with several examples out of the daily practice, the theory, practice and the future of safe implementation of robotics, will be discussed. The seminar programme will be formulated by RAB in cooperation with the organizers of the 2007 edition and Mikrocentrum. The Robot Safety Seminars 2009 will be performed on:
- 15th October 2009 in Eindhoven (The Netherlands)
- 22nd October 2009 in Mechelen (Belgium)
- 29th October 2009 in Zwolle (The Netherlands)
The programme of the seminar consists of several informative and practically-oriented lessons varied with plenty of time for visiting the tabletop-presentations of the members and sponsors of RAB. The content of the lessons will be mainly concentrated on 'experienced' users of robotics: one can think of plant managers, engineers, heads of technical service and security officers of production companies which work with robotics, and employees of system integrators.
